What to Expect

Once you have contacted me by phone or email, I will respond within 24 hours to confirm your availability for an initial appointment. All appointment slots begin and end punctually so please be on time to take advantage of a full session.
In our first meeting we will take your personal history, discuss the presenting issues and identify your intentions. We will also go over your ongoing availability, fees and the timescale of work you feel comfortable with. In our initial meeting I will ask more questions than in our subseqent work, where you can take the lead, using the time as you wish.
The content of our sessions is completely confidential unless a serious risk (to you or any other person) is identified. In the rare case that this occurs, all efforts will be made to discuss any necessary breaches of confidentiality with you first.
